  • Order processing generally takes 1–3 business days, unless otherwise communicated.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

3. Shipping Method

  • Orders are shipped via third-party logistics partners, transport services, or courier companies depending on:

All shipments are dispatched on a to-pay basis.

6. Inspection at Delivery

Customers are advised to:

  • Inspect the package at the time of delivery.

  • Check for visible damage before accepting the shipment.

  • Report any transit damage or shortage immediately to the delivery partner and inform Aqueouss within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may affect claim eligibility.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

  • Additional charges due to incorrect address, re-delivery, or failed delivery attempts will be borne by the buyer.

8. Ownership & Risk

Ownership and risk of the product pass to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the logistics partner or delivered, whichever is earlier.

9. Customized & Bulk Orders

  • Customized battery packs or bulk orders may require additional processing and shipping time.

  • Shipping terms for such orders may be communicated separately and will override this policy if agreed in writing.
