Description
The BAK A Grade 3.2V 100Ah Screw LiFePO4 Cell (Converted from Laser) is a premium Grade-A LiFePO4 prismatic battery cell designed for Energy Storage Systems (ESS), solar battery storage, inverter batteries, electric vehicles, telecom backup systems, UPS solutions, and industrial battery pack manufacturing. Delivering 100Ah capacity, 3.2V nominal voltage, 320Wh energy, low internal resistance, and up to 3000 charge-discharge cycles, it offers excellent reliability, safety, and long-term performance for demanding energy storage applications. The BAK EE100 datasheet specifies a cycle life of ≥3000 cycles at 80% EOL under its defined test conditions.
Important Note
This product uses an original BAK A Grade 3.2V 100Ah Laser LiFePO4 Cell that has been professionally converted into a welded screw (stud) terminal configuration. The conversion modifies only the terminal connection for easier installation and does not alter the original electrical characteristics of the cell.

FAQ
Is this an original BAK Screw terminal cell?
No. This product is manufactured using an original BAK laser terminal cell that has been professionally converted into a welded screw terminal configuration.
Does the screw terminal conversion affect battery performance?
No. The conversion changes only the terminal connection method. The electrical characteristics remain based on the original BAK EE100 cell specifications.
Can this cell be used for 48V or 51.2V battery packs?
Yes. It is widely used for 48V and 51.2V ESS battery packs, inverter batteries, solar storage systems, EV battery packs, telecom batteries, and UPS systems.
A 16-cell series configuration produces a 51.2V nominal battery pack with approximately 5.12kWh nominal energy based on the 3.2V, 100Ah cell rating.
Is this suitable for battery pack manufacturing?
Yes. The welded screw terminals simplify busbar installation, making it ideal for professional battery pack assembly.
