Due to the nature of our products (lithium batteries, battery packs, cells, and energy storage solutions), we follow a strict No Refund policy. By placing an order on Aqueouss, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

1. No Refund Policy

🚫Aqueouss does NOT offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • Once an order is placed and shipped, refunds are not permitted.

  • This applies to all products sold through our website, including standard, customized, bulk, and special-order items.

  • Customers are advised to carefully review product specifications, compatibility, and requirements before ordering.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this No Refund Policy.

2. Replacement Policy (Eligible Cases Only)

We offer replacement only in the following situations:

  • Product received is defective (manufacturing defect)

  • Product is damaged during transit

  • Product received is incorrect compared to the order placed

No replacement will be provided for issues arising from misuse, incorrect installation, improper charging, or customer error.

3. Replacement Request Timeframe

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

To request a replacement, customers must contact us with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or videos showing the issue

  • Description of the problem

4. Inspection & Verification

  • All replacement requests are subject to technical inspection and verification by the Aqueouss team.

  • If required, the product may need to be returned to our facility for inspection before approval.

  • Aqueouss reserves the right to approve or reject replacement requests based on inspection findings.

5. Replacement Process

  • Once approved, a replacement product will be dispatched.

  • Replacement shipping will be arranged as per mutual agreement.

  • Shipping charges for replacement may be borne by the buyer, unless the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect or transit damage caused by Aqueouss.

6. Non-Eligible Cases for Replacement

Replacement will NOT be provided for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Physical damage after delivery

  • Damage due to improper handling, wiring, or installation

  • Overcharging, deep discharge, short-circuiting, or water damage

  • Use with incompatible chargers, controllers, or systems

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Products purchased for testing, trial, or demo purposes

7. Customized & Bulk Orders

  • Customized battery packs and bulk orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Replacement for such orders will be considered only in case of verified manufacturing defects.

8. Warranty Terms

  • Replacement requests must comply with the product-specific warranty terms, if applicable.

  • Warranty coverage does not extend to misuse or improper application.
