Additional charges due to incorrect address, re-delivery, or failed delivery attempts will be borne by the buyer.
8. Ownership & Risk
Ownership and risk of the product pass to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the logistics partner or delivered, whichever is earlier.
9. Customized & Bulk Orders
Customized battery packs or bulk orders may require additional processing and shipping time.
